The sub-regions of Elsigen-Metsch, Tschentenalp, Engstligenalp, Silleren-Hahnenmoos and Betelberg join to form the Adelboden-Lenk summer paradise.

Stretching over mountains, valley sides and municipal boundaries, Adelboden-Lenk offers huge variety, with its 9 cableways, over 300 kilometres of hiking trails, and the brand new Höchst Trail. The region is one of the top destinations in the Bernese Oberland

Greates diversity and hiking trails à discretion

The peaks, valleys and meadows between Höchsthorn, Metsch, Hahnenmoos and Sillerenbühl are a paradise for hikers, bikers and nature lovers. The Adelboden-Lenk central area has the greatest variety of hikes in the region.

In six minutes from Adelboden village centre in the middle of the mountain world: point for impressive hikes and bike tours, a culinary feast on the terrace of the mountain restaurant or a swinging detour on the Giant Swing. On over 333 kilometres of biking trails, you can discover the unique landscape and the vast region in all its glory. There are numerous inviting spots, benches with a view of the valley, handy fireplaces and breathtaking views at which to stop and take a short or extended break. ‘Downhill’ takes on a whole new meaning in Adelboden-Lenk.
