Engstligenalp is a sub-region of Adelboden-Lenk, the Alpine nature paradise at the foot of the Wildstrubel.

From the gondola, you already catch your first glimpse of the Engstligen Falls. To truly feel their power, follow the trail on foot as the water plunges 600 meters over two mighty cascades.

Whether as a short detour or a circular hike, the Engstligen Falls offer dramatic rock formations, stunning viewpoints and, for the adventurous, a via ferrata.

Discover the Alpine Circular Trail Leiterli, a flat, easy one-hour hike with breathtaking 360-degree mountain views. Accessible by the Betelberg gondola, this trail highlights Alpine culture and stunning scenery. Along the way, admire intricate sculptures made from Bernese Oberland wood, blending art and nature.

The Gryden Circular Trail takes you through a unique, moon-like landscape shaped by 200 million years of Earth’s history. The full trail is 7.5 km with a 340-meter altitude difference, but a shorter option is available for less experienced hikers. Perfect for those seeking adventure and unique views in the Alps.
