How our webshop works
Take advantage of our lowest ticket prices
When you make purchases in our webshop, you will receive discounted prices compared to the prices charged at ticket windows. When making a purchase in the webshop, you will immediately see how much money you are saving. The webshop will also automatically apply family tariffs once the eligibility criteria have been satisfied. Please see our day & multiple-day ticket tariff and family tariff pages.
Select your ski resort, first day of ticket validity and the number of persons
All of our tickets become valid from a specified date. Please ensure that this first day of validity is correct, as purchased ski passes cannot be cancelled or rebooked to different dates. Please also read our General Terms and Conditions in respect of this.
Our webshop enables you to make online purchases of a range of tickets for the Adelboden-Lenk ski region, as well as for its separate, constituent ski regions. Additional tickets are available from ticket windows.
Tickets for up to nine people can be purchased together in our online webshop. When the number of persons reaches 10 and over, this is regarded as a group and attracts discounted group tariffs at our ticket windows.
Creating a user account
When making your first purchase in our webshop, you will be asked to set up a user account with your personal details, a user name and a password. Your user account will enable you to see a summary of all your purchases, allow you to store your ski pass numbers and contacts, and complete further purchases quickly and easily.
Topping up cards directly with ticket credits
Bypass the queues at ticket windows with ease: your tickets can now be topped up conveniently online, either on a keycard or on the SwissPass. Having arrived at your preferred ski region, simply go directly to the ski slopes with your topped-up card(s)! The card number that needs to be entered for top ups can be found on the back of the card. Please note that a SwissPass card number will commence with the letter "S". After your initial purchase has been completed, the card numbers used will be stored in your user account for convenient selection during subsequent purchases.
You don't have access to a card?
Then simply purchase your tickets online and collect them on site: if you don't yet have a card that can be topped up, you can simply make your purchase in our webshop and then collect your purchase directly on site. After having made your purchase in the webshop, you will be emailed a collection code. This collection code will enable you to collect your tickets from the ticket window of your choice in the booked ski region. All of our collection points can be found here.
When making your collection, you will receive your tickets on a keycard. The deposit for this keycard is CHF 5.00 which will be added to your purchase total and charged to you. This keycard will then be able to be topped up when make additional online purchases.
Secure and convenient payments can be made in our webshop with PostFinance Card, PostFinance E-Finance, Visa, Mastercard, SwissPass by invoice or TWINT.
Secure verification by email
You will be sent a purchase verification by email after the successful payment of your purchase. Please retain this email. Should your ticket not function in the ski region, you will quickly receive an operational ticket upon presentation of your purchase verification. If you have purchased tickets for collection on site then, in addition to your purchase verification, you will receive a further email containing a collection code that should be presented at ticket windows to obtain your tickets.
