It's the banks of the River Kander, the beautiful pastures and farmhouses, and the detour to the Kienseeli lake that make this short trail in Reichenbach so attractive.
First, you head upstream and then go with the flow. This Reichenbach trail is mainly across the valley floor, revealing the beauty of the River Kander and the alpine mountain landscape on both sides. On the way back, the picturesque Kienseeli lake proves that still water also has an appeal. Centuries-old buildings stand guard for the final sprint as the last section of the route joins the Reichenbach Häuserweg (Houses Trail ).
