From Griesalp bus station via Bundalp, Bundläger and Oberloch to the Gamchi glacier. Continue the ascent to the glacier to the eastern moraine area. Caution: If you arrive from the direction of Bundalp / Blüemlisalp, be careful not to miss the turning. Always follow the white-red-white markings as far as the glacier bridges. The descent from the glacier is over a 20 m ladder. If you are with children and dogs make the ascent via Gamchialp.Although you are crossing the Gamchi glacier, you will hardly notice any glacial ice: the entire glacier is completely covered in stones, rocks and moraine. A rope and pick are not needed.
