A glorious bike tour into the unspoiled nature of Gasterntal.
From the village centre follow the road to Eggenschwand – at the southern end of Kanderstegas. Alternatively, follow the route along the river Kander past the International Scout Centre. The unpaved road up to the Gasterntal is steep but short and offers breath taking views. The road continues through the valley to Selden. Those who want to carry on will reach the end of the route 10 minutes later in Heimritz. The return tour is possible via the winter path (turn off before the large rockfall). Take extra care during the descent through the dark tunnels!
