Sliding harmonically above the valley floor or the raised moor. On the beautiful applied tracks you get away from it all. In Adelboden-Frutigen there are totally 40 km prepared tracks in skating or classic, in Lenk 46 km.
Especially in spring, when the tracks on the valley floor become snow free, the high altitude cross-country tracks Haslerberg in Lenk and Engstligenalp in Adelboden are favorite meeting places for all fast and pleasurable skiers. There is also a 2 km track for skating at the Elsigenalp in Frutigen all winter long.
